Die Cut Adhesive Materials

Significant cost savings can be made using self adhesive standard shapes and technical labels instead of having to cut them during assembly, inspection or other manufacturing operations.

Typical applications are:

Splicing surface mount component tapes
Masking prior to soldering or painting
Marking faults with arrows
Mounting of components with double sided pads
Protecting delicate surfaces during assembly and transport

Bespoke Shapes

When adhesive materials are needed in non-standard shapes, Steier's extensive expertise in cutting complex and simple shapes in small and large quantities is available so that on site preparation is reduced. A very wide range of materials from thin foils to foam padding are available and even customer supplied stock can be die cut. A rapid sample cutting service is also available as well as manual and semi-automatic label dispensers.
